How We Manufacture
From Wire Rod to Finished Bright Bar
Four core processes — wire drawing, straightening & cutting, bar reeling & straightening, and centerless grinding — turn raw wire rod into Ground Bars, Bright Bars and Drawn Coil.
Process 1
Wire Drawing (Bull Block)
Hot-rolled wire rod is drawn through the bull block to reduce it to the required diameter. The process is carried out under a quality-managed workflow aligned with ISO 9001:2015 practices, with regular inspection of wire dimensions, mechanical properties and surface quality. Products can also be manufactured to customer specifications or relevant IS, ASTM, EN or DIN standards, depending on the application.
Process 2
Decoiling, Straightening & Cutting
This critical operation converts coiled steel wire or bar into accurately straightened and cut lengths to customer specification. It delivers excellent dimensional accuracy, improved straightness, smooth edges and consistent quality for downstream manufacturing — serving automotive, engineering, construction, fabrication, fastener and agricultural equipment applications.
Process 3
Bar Reeling & Straightening
Our bar straightening reeling machine removes bends, twists and residual stresses developed during coiling. The material passes through a series of precision-engineered rollers that apply controlled pressure, producing straight bars with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Process 4
Centerless Grinding
A precision finishing process that improves surface quality, dimensional accuracy and roundness without centers or chucks. Bars are continuously fed between a grinding wheel and a regulating wheel, supported by a work-rest blade — the grinding wheel removes scale, scratches and minor surface defects, while the regulating wheel controls speed and feed rate for uniform, consistent results.
Final Stage
Inspection & Dispatch
Ground Bar, Bright Bar and Drawn Coil are inspected against the order specification, bundled and dispatched — with annealing and phosphate pickling for A&P Coils carried out through our trusted processing partners before final re-inspection.
