Inspection Stages
Quality Checkpoints Through Production
Incoming Material Inspection
Chemistry, dimension and surface condition of raw material are verified against specification before it enters production.
In-Process Dimensional Checks
Diameter, ovality and straightness are checked at regular intervals during drawing, peeling and grinding.
Mechanical & Surface Testing
Hardness, tensile properties and surface finish are verified using calibrated testing equipment.
Final Inspection & Documentation
Finished bars are inspected against the order specification and accompanied by a test certificate before dispatch.
